Details of the 1:8th Aston Martin DB5 Glass Top Display Case.
The internal size is 650mm long x 300mm
wide x 225mm high, with this size the car can be put on an angle with the
doors open.
The main base is a brown mahogany with twin
gold lines surround (in keeping with the era of the car)
with a light grey velour insert to show off the full colour of the model.

Glass top is joined together with silver
grey lead edging which dulls down over time (oxidised).

A mirror can be added on the rear for a

5mm thick Acrylic Top is formed

is made from one piece and the sides are heat welded into place. No lead edging completely clear all round.
